Monel ® K500 alloy is one of the most popular corrosion-resistant alloys and offers a long list of benefits when made into wire: Through the addition of aluminum and titanium in a precipitation hardening process, Monel ® K500 alloy is 3x stronger (yield strength) and 2x harder (tensile) than Monel ® 400 alloy. It is just as corrosion resistant.

Monel ® K500 alloy is a blend of aluminum, carbon, copper, iron, manganese, nickel, silicon, sulfur and titanium materials. Monel ® K500 alloy is composed of:
