Scratch Brush Wire Scratch Brush Wire is standard hard drawn wire.  Sizes typically range from 0.0030" to 0.016".  This wire can be packaged in cut to length bundles, hanks, or single or multistranded onto spools from 5lbs to 300 lbs.  Call us about your special requirements.

Power Brush Wire Power Brush Wire is high fatigue resistant and meant to last during demanding surface conditioning operations.  We offer standard high fatigue resistant and ULTRA high fatigue resistant wires. Wire sizes typically range from 0.0118" to 0.025".  Power brush wire can be packaged on single or multistranded spools or cardboard cores, in cut to length bundles, or hanks.  We offer round and flat wires in various materials. Crimped Wire Crimped Wire increases wire column strength and support of adjacent wires; thus improving brush effectiveness by utilizing more of the tips of the wire.  Sizes can range from 0.0030" to 0.035".  This wire can be packaged as multistranded ends onto spools or cardboard cores from 10-lbs to 300 lbs or is availble in hanks or in cut to length bundles.  Call us about your special requirements.

Staple Wire Staple Wire holds brush filaments inside the holes within a brush block.  Wire sizes typically range from 0.0204" to 0.080".  Most brush staple wires are between 0.022" and 0.040".  Staple wire is typically packaged in 200lb spools; however, we can customize packaging for specific applications.

Retaining Wire Retaining Wire holds  brush filaments inside the channels of strip brushes.  Wire sizes typically range from 0.028" to 0.125".  Retaining wire is packaged as coils either loose or on steel carriers. Coil sizes typically range  from 100lbs to 1,000lbs.  We also offer retaining wire on spools or cut to length depending on customer requirements.

Straightened and Cut to Length Wires Straightened and Cut to Length Wires can be furnished in wire diameters ranging from 0.005” to 0.500”.  Cut lengths can vary from 0.75” to 12ft in soft or hard tempers.  Edges can be square, rounded, or deburred. We can offer wires bent into "U" shape for twist-in wire brush manufacturing.

Winding Wire Winding Wire is used to hold brush bristles onto handles.  We offer wire on spools or coils in diameters ranging from 0.002” to 0.105”.  Spool weights can vary from 1lb to 250lbs depending on customer requirements.

Stranded Wires Stranded Wires are wires bunched together and specially wound onto customized spools.  We can strand in several configurations as per customers requirements in many materials.  Wire sizes can range from 0.0030” to 0.105” in strand counts from 2 to 150.
